Offline is a posture, not a property. A general-purpose machine that's currently air-gapped is one reboot from being general-purpose again. The attack surface doesn't sleep — it waits. Dedicated hardware matters.
Cope, multisig mitigates vast majority of concerns. Oh and I don't have to shuck out $100+ per keypair
