I tried taking #creatine daily for a month now, but no extra energy in workouts yet. But I do feel fuller/bigger, likely from water retention. Am I in the 25% of non-responders, or is there something I'm missing? #asknostr #fitness

It's not a magic energy thing.
It just makes you bigger by retaining water, just like you said.
I could be wrong, but creatine never energized me
Creatine monohydrate has benefits outside of "getting swole, bro." I'm experimenting with it for tinnitus and other benefits.
