USA already has more prisons than the rest of the world combined and they added like 40% more new mega prisons for mass enslavement after trumps last term. It's the same reason that migrants are being labelled as illegal. The USA constitution states that slavery can be used as punishment for any "crime" Crime being anything the government says is a crime. It's like the 13th amendment. It's like 90% of USA manufacturing, 50% of USA's food production involves prison slave labour, all kinds of industries in USA would totally collapse without industrial slave labour and prison farms.
