It doesn't make sense.
Core are essentially handing a weapon to pedophiles which the pedophiles will use to destroy core.
Bitcoin will be fine, but the reputation of core will never recover

Its just going to force us to prune. What I'd like to know is whether lightning nodes will be able to work if we're pruning the garbage off.
