that's why i think it's AI... i heard yesterday that depending on your history/geographic location AI may just give you an answer that is more attuned for you. so for a Starbucks in the Bible-belt to make their customers feel warm and cozy, AI probably throws in a couple songs that doesn't play in urban areas for example. i could be wrong and it could be just their employees make the playlist.
