Only thing you can buy with Bitcoin is gift cards. Bitcoin has actually gone backwards with adoption as money

Idk mane. You can pay your bills with BTC through many services. Hell others you can sell into fiat to buy wtfe you need on the spot. Works well for me.

I live in the US and there's at least 10 different providers you can get a visa card from that will let you sell into fiat to spend on the spot, CryptoCom for example. There's more businesses adding lightning services too. Hell Steak and Shake in the US lets you pay 100% in BTC.

Bitcoin also has 200x marketcap of Monero.
