The sequence is complete at 5, after which it is repeating. The 1,1 I would say is the most important part of the sequence, teaching to distinguish the true self and the attributional self, as this it true throughout. Light (source) vs illumination (attribute).

idk, it just lines up so neat 0, 1 - the tai chi, first is yin, and then from that is born yang, and they alternate in a cycle 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 - fire -> earth -> metal -> water -> wood -> (fire) sheng (growth) cycle anyhow that's just where i see meaning in these numbers
I think you would really appreciate the true nature of and meanings behind the sequence and its ratios. It specifically starts with 1 because that is where everything comes from, something (1) can't come from nothing (0). It is quite literally the sequence of life. The ying-yang comes into existence when there is separation, giving us a capacity to distinguish the knower from the known. We can't have this holographic illusory experience without separation from the whole, and every number or lack thereof is very intentional. 4 is absent and that represents time, which only exists as part of this experience, so it really doesn't exist at all. Space and time are attributes of mass and magnitude, they aren't a thing, they are an effect of that thing.
