when you observe the re-intermediation and swelling centralized L2 adoption that exists in bitcoin today, where are roger ver's greasy handprints??? he didn't want this. if you actually listened to him, he wanted the opposite.

Roger was duped at the beginning by Segwit2x.
He was not against layer twos. Why should one? He was just against layer twos in order to fully restrict layer one as a potent MoE.
