85 mile road bike
No workouts, but some good hikes. Not sure which was hardest. Happy holidays.
Never done an “armor building complex.” Send movements, reps and weight!

My phone died 65 miles into the ride so you’ll just have to trust me 😂
Backpacked the High Sierra Trail finishing with a summit of Mt Whitney. 6 days 72 miles. Thousands and thousands of feet of gross elevation change.
Do it from the backside with the High Sierra Trail if you can. The front side looks like 2-3 days of pure unenjoyable hell lol.
Overcame anxiety, lost weight and started living a healthy, stress-free life.
This one wasn’t the hardest, but it was fun, specially if you like deadlifts Reps for time (cap: 10 mins) 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of: - Deadlifts - Bar-facing burpees weight: 225lbs barbell
