As he acknowledges Lightning has problems, and those need to be solved. Not convinced yet that Ark is just a centralized service.

LN have "issues" because many people don't know how to use it properly.
We have so much to discover and use with LN...
Also any Ark user depends on LN.
The whole Ark "selling point" is based on a wrong assumption that everybody will drop LN and will start using Ark. That will never happen.
