There is nothing unfree about being in a self driving car if: you still own it, choose where it goes, and can take over and drive when you want.

Except for the whole centralized infrastructure it’ll run on which can take control back if they decide you’re not qualified to drive
All full self driving cars run local models RN on the cars computer itself. Nvidia also just released an open source end to end driving model. Future still looking bright imo
You don't own your car if it connects to the internet. It can be turned off at will.
And we all know they ain't gonna give you the discount when you hook up openpilot to your 2016 Camry.
