Is there a nostr client that allows a note to be sent to one private relay to work like a semi private group?
Such that if I’m sending a note inside the private group, the note only goes to that specific relay instead of all the relays I have set up.

@cloud fodder can answer this. He’s a relay wizard. 🤙🏻
#amethyst allows you to post to specific relays, i did all the Olympics coverage eith @Global Sports Central in a private relay
Yes, I use Amethyst and relay.tools client.
Hmmm…. Does the switching happen automatically if you are in the “Sports Page” Or do you need to manually select with every note?
Manually select evry time
On amethyst when i go to write a note on the top there is an option that lets me choose to what trlay i want the note or message to go

There's one page for every relay he hosts and you can set that same up for any self-hosted relays that uses his FOSS app.

It works, but tedious.
I’m thinking the only real way to implement something like this is to have a whole separate app only assigned one private relay.
I tried in no strudel but it kept bouncing back to a default list of relays, don't know why
It’s ok, but not good enough as UX.
Though i think it’s really easy to develop what I’m suggesting.
There’s gotta be an elegant ui/ux solution to this 🤔
Hmmm… maybe it kept finding a list of relays associated with the npub somewhere. Or it was using the list of relays in web extension.
It’s seems so easy to create.
If in <this Private group> only use <this relay>
🤣
Best client for such jobs imo.
