Yes. Power doesn't corrupt, power reveals what's already there. Freedom through responsibility & ultimately power is the only way. 🫂

Reminded me of a chapter in the Dao de Jing :

I seek power over my own domain & gladly accept the responsibilty that comes with that. I do not desire the responsibilty that comes with having power over others but I'll reluctantly accept that responsibilty if called upon. We shouldn't shirk power just because we hate tyranny. We should also be wary of those who seek to absolve us of our responsibilties. Power just reveals the kind of leader that person is, it does not ahape them.
