Can relate! I want to want to use fountain, but I still struggle to stick with it 😜

whats better on podcast guru than spotify? i like fountain, but the availability or loading times suck a little. i need to force my self to use it. whats the pros and cons of fountain?

Well, I'm not anti-spotify, but I like the podcast apps that are more towards supporting podcast 2.0 features and more of the value for value approach. And I prefer open source software in general. Podcast guru is a decent platform and I may end up continuing to use it. Fountain is doing a lot of interesting things like it has integrated nostr, and the ability to easily zap podcasters.

It does a lot of cool things. It's just such a fiddly interface.
