Why doesn’t @primal or other clients offer a feature like this where we can pay to have our note promoted like this?

it does but you have to be invest in the company
lol seriously though it seems like a decent idea to generate some income
yeah i like it. @Karnage has wanted zap boosts forever.
Would be interesting if a l client had an opted in boosted note feature which you could opt out of, but essentially you get a tiny cut of revenue share from the paid post. Say I want to advertise a product, I pay and boost my note and clients show it at the top for everyone who is opted in. They get a small cut of that payment. Maybe have a minimum payment amount and the sats could be trivial amount but still a way to monetize.
Or make it on for all and if you didn’t want ads, you could pay for a premium version of the client without ads or just mute that person 😂
i think @YakiHonne does this. or at least i think they show fewer paid notes for subscribers.
what's aqstr?
Yes, paid notes are boosted posts rotated in the home feed, users in the free plan get to see them, others in the Basic plan see few, and the ones with the Premium plan see nothing.
We have @npub1dsn6...2h64 🤙
Yeah I guess, but that’s different from in app promotion of notes
It's my favorite way to know what notes are spam, and what users are zap bots 😂
The community gets the sats instead of the platform
