The FROST bunker that is out there basically, you would have to run your own version of that.
Im not aware of any project that streamlines this stuff, but the basic compoments are there

It's actually pretty streamlined already. Just run the server, then run the signers, use the accountcreator to distribute the shares.
Actually, no, in this case there is no distributed key generation, so for now someone will know the full key. But that part can be added.
