Technically it's possible with an ncryptsec1. There could be a system designed to act like an ncryptsec1 on the back end but looks like a normal email login on the front-end, so it still keeps it decentralized to a degree. The alternative is clients hold encrypted copies of nsec but I don't think that would be the best idea unless a protocol was designed to clone, and burn compromised Nsecs.
