Once I replied I could see where the note went exactly. However, the reply showed up on Amethyst but I had to reload (stop and start) relay tools to see it. Maybe a bug?

ah, yes, bug there, the event comes in, usually you can tap the top feed buttons where the indicator for new notes usually is and you will see your reply there without having to restart..
need to fix that
