About to send an international wire transfer, and begin a multi day adventure of seeing when it arrives, if it gets held up, where it might get held up, etc. It sure would be nice if it could settle in an hour or so. If only some tech could fix this. :/

If you think that’s an interesting one… try onboarding with any exchange anywhere in the world if your resident in an exotic island have a bank account on another contingent and are almost a perpetual traveller😡
Send them this simple message, will do the trick: Dear other party, Accept bitcoin, or else Lyn

For as long as humans worship the Dollar, Bitcoin is doomed to fail. The Dollar is a corrupt, inflated, and manipulated unit that is in and of itself the actual tentacle of control used by the Cabal for global financially enslavement. Fiat is incapable of measuring the value of Bitcoin and until humans can escape the deception of a Dollar "valuation and benchmarking" process, they cannot escape the grips of their masters. Don't waste your life pining away in technical analytics of Fiat for it is only a science of human imagination and control that can never be defined or predicted. You cannot benchmark love in relative units of hate. You cannot benchmark good in relative units of evil. You cannot benchmark truth and honesty in relative units of corruption. You cannot benchmark Bitcoin in relative units of Dollars. You must choose to transact in real value and seek out individuals and activities that also recognize and exchange in real value, to do otherwise is to promote your own self destruction. It continues to be "Broken Money" simply because individuals chose the easy path of not fixing it. Live your life every day, just like the crowd your waiting for, to follow.

Why not use Wise or (if possible) strike? Wise allows up to 6 million dollars. Honestly, every single international transfer from Brazil gives me no headache and it takes no more than 2 days (usually same day). 🤔
Actually, it took me 14 hours to receive bitcoin last week, and yeah, I always wait that long, sometimes even longer, from one account to another, both mine so your may be even faster Multiple confirmations started coming in like after 12 hours, inspite of the fact that I paid priority fees
I had to wait almost 2 days last week to receive 500,000 sats. That was on chain, though. I'm sure it could have moved like lightning, had I used the network of the same name.

Hopefully the carrier pigeons the bank uses don't run into inclement weather, or you could be waiting a long, long time!

I needed to refund a customer's unspent balance recently, but was in the middle of a move and couldn't find the checkbook I haven't used in a few years. Tried to use that Zelle thing my bank is always bragging about. Payment failed and I wound up with my account completely locked. Managed to get my ATM card unfrozen so I could withdraw cash and send a Walmart money order, like a savage. Can't get the actual Zelle thing sorted out unless I visit a physical branch. Yeah, that's gonna happen.

I regularly get € payments from other countries in my business, sometimes some bank in the middle just steals 10€, sender and receiver bank both claim they are not responsible and cannot provide a receipt. That's banking for you 😆
Correspondent banking is so exotic. It's like going on a trip as a backpacker with a multi-hop flight ticket except it doesn't even save you money.
I did not choose the highest fee. That was my mistake. I actually chose the lowest, like a dummy. It went through eventually, though. When I choose the highest fee I usually only have to wait an hour, give or take.

Conheço. Do Argentino que tá em Gibraltar, certo? Mas ainda não vejo utilidade pra mim
I'm used to it being late so I don't monitor, can't waste my precious waiting, that's why I always pay priority fees, and I trust my wallet, no matter how big is the amount, they always deliver, but never that soon, never an hour
I usually pay the priority, also. Just had a brain fart this time. :/
