Opt of of the centralized services and systems that treat people as products. All the tools and technology that give digital (and physical) privacy back to people exist and are continually evolving. For example, we can switch to @`GrapheneOS` on mobile, Linux on our laptops, use a personal home server, use encryption and practice good digital hygiene. Reclaiming our data, time, money, and our sovereignty doesn't happen overnight. It is on ongoing and evolving learning process and by the way, is way more fun and exciting than one might expect.
