So what do I do?
- Optimize sleep (9pm-5am +1-2hrs in winter)
- Maximised sunlight exposure especially UV
- Kept my circadian rhythms in sync
- Micronutrient dense diet (animal based)
- Exercised consistently
- Built a healthy amount of lean muscle mass
- Avoided xenoestrogens as much as possible
- Daily grounding as much as possible
- Believed in my often contrarian viewpoints despite mainstream ideology
The fundamentals are what matter. Always.
