I am not sure how this crowdfunding campaign will attract the right people? I would invest, but not interested in signing up to just another platform that now or later demands my KYC. It wants an anti-social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) or an email. Lol. The irony when we are talking about no identifiers in Simplex or permissioneless identifiers in Nostr. Are you sure the company model is the most solid forward or is that investors pushing you over the cliff? The thing is the (licensed) company model is long dead and you aiming for it makes me lose confidence in your future ability to maintain integrity of the network. I am one of the people having spread SimpleX to hundreds of people as early as 2023.

To raise capital and to operate, we have to follow the securities laws. We provided the community the best possible opportunity to invest and to own a stake in the company, and if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean it won't work for other users.
