GM. If you are in the same state of unmotivation to work out, let’s get back in to it. After being sick for a week, then a trip for another, I have been off from the gym for 16 days. Jesus. Time to get into do. Do I want to? no. Do I have to? yes. Where do I find my motivation? I don’t know.

I don't ever miss my workouts, but still lack any motivation to get any other shit done.... going to read some goggins to see if I can get kicked in the ass.

Was sick for three weeks straight. My first week getting back at it was tough. Personally, I just have to get through warm up. Once I do, I'm good to go.
Just do it an accept that sick feeling for the first week or two. Post workouts will get back to feeling great after that initial hangover.
