This isn't really about making life better for the cyclists, ultimately they don't want private ownership of vehicles so are doing everything possible to make life harder for drivers so that they give up driving. EVERYTHING the Globalists do is designed to reduce the options that the 99% have. By getting cyclists and motorists fighting each other, they are progressing their goals for 15 minute cities and total suppression of free speech on the internet.

Think of the savings with that much less to pave. Ingenious.
