Im leaning toward VC because at least they would have my back, and not some antagonistic grant org whos board is trying to pick winners against me

Do you have a plan and what $$ do you think it would take to get it there?
so would an angel investor.. but with more hands off board, less spending available but more focus and drive in the right directions.. VC does have the upperhand in all arenas, but this is a chance to change that (or was)..
