You get moderation by having a closed off relay, and anyone can read from it.

1. This exists for at least receiving but I'm not sure about sending. 2. Communities have moderation, but NIP-72 and NIP-29, depending on the flavor. I don't think a perfect solution exists.

I think SMTP email with optional PGP encryption could be good for the inner circle For transparency, nostr or matrix homeserver (not matrix.org) is best way to go currently imho If nostr, we need to up our gift wrap encrypted notes game for the inner circle comms
