You could choose one location and the leave the server there all year. Or you could bring it with you. The latter is probably the better option in most cases.
The server needs Ethernet. So if you want to bring it with you, you'll need to figure out some kind of WiFi extender with Ethernet port. Usually $15-$20.
However, there is always a chance the server will need to be manually restarted if something goes wrong, so if you choose to leave it at one location, you would need to make sure someone is available at that location to restart if necessary.
