[English below] El haber formado parte de una fabulosa excursión a través de valles, cuya caminata entre lodazales, hermosos paisajes pintorescos de otoño, con neblina, interesantes olores del rocío matutino y en compañía de otros Nostriches, junto con un conocedor de setas comestibles, nos llevó al descubrimiento y observación de muchas diferentes especies de setas. Los mas deliciosos, aproximadamente 4.5 Kg se pueden observar en ésta fotografía. La mayoría fueron cocidos y preparados de «manera común», otro poco fue utilizado de manera cruda, para la preparación de una deliciosa ensalada, la cual me dejó encantado 😋 --- Having been part of a fabulous excursion through valleys, where the walk through mudflats, beautiful picturesque autumn landscapes, with mist, interesting smells of morning dew and in the company of other Nostriches, together with a connoisseur of edible mushrooms, led us to the discovery and observation of many different species of mushrooms. The most delicious ones, approximately 4.5 Kg, can be seen in this photo. Yesterday afternoon took me on an interesting excursion to a Vegan Fair and finally to a bookstore. From several similar events I have attended, I must say that these kinds of activities are a good start and a way to socialise to start a “healthy” diet. However, considering that the raw-vegan diet I have been following for some time is a very special and unique circumstance, it was difficult and almost impossible for me to appreciate the event, because, regarding the food, everything is cooked, with a lot of sugar and little guidance towards organic. Btw., the fair is taking place once again today. Since I started eating raw-vegan, everything has changed for the better. My appreciation for food is becoming more and more defined, since the metabolism that this leads to turns out to be quite pleasant and exquisite. I am increasingly convinced that the atrocities that most of humanity commonly commits, with troglodyte practices, such as consuming products derived from animals, industrialised products and pharmaceuticals, are only leading to a quick extinction of the species, both animal and human. This observation, due to the constant barbarities committed and the degrees of unconsciousness among the species, is what makes “life difficult sometimes” for those of us who have a brilliant diet. Not the health aspects, since the metabolism and healing and consciousness capabilities of raw-veganism are unmatched and unquestionable, but the confrontation with the abundant degree of unconsciousness and manipulation towards the surly by what is also known as “the cult of death”, which could be interpreted here in the DeSoc's even as those foolish “bots” whose function is to fill a simple post with nonsense. For the above, with the obvious reason that what I share here, in addition to being an objective by the same cult to try to assiduously shoot down our testimonies, it remains to be emphasised that for this to happen they would have to destroy not only abundant books, but also intuition in excess, a power that some may still be unaware of, to which their wild behaviour and habits have led them to become completely unaccustomed to it, coupled with the disintegration of the pineal gland of each one of us, who generate consciousness, love and happiness towards the species in general, I decided to go in search of more books on the afternoon of Saturday, September 22. #vegan #rawvegan #healthy #rocks

A whirlwind of connections through the Internet is what I have been exploring lately, among which there is good and bad news. On September 17th it will be one year since I joined Nostr and I am still fascinated. For this reason and to continue here, I have updated my Nostree links [https://w3.do/omarvgws@nostr-fan/ceoweb]. I am a little frustrated because I am not able to access my Nostr profile on Yakihonne, so I have discarded it from my Nostree links. It does not bother me too much, since I have my own Blog, but I must accept that I consider it a useful app for writers. Due to work issues, in order to establish some projects which I have in progress, including the most recent one: Proyecto Bucéfalo, I had to use the Telegram platform to remain connected with some of the “mainstream personalities”, who still remain confident in the centralised world. We know that Telegram, besides being frequented by common minds, has a certain exclusivity in favor of freedom of expression, unlike several other common platforms with the ability to censor and repress the user. So I decided to start solving work problems through the platform and to promote my personal posts in the channel provided under my username –more about on my Nostree links–, which continues on a productive progress, since I personally consider that the UI of Telegram, desktop version is quite complete, useful, functional and interesting –I would not be surprised if it is being used by criminals, whose supposed capture of the CEO of Telegram could have something to do with the solution of this kind of problems. Btw. It has been a little over a week since the news of the arrest of the CEO of Telegram in France circulated. I honestly doubt that this can affect us users on Telegram. However, I have begun to put more emphasis among those of us who are part of “Proyecto Bucéfalo”, in case we would have to move to Nostr due to emerging issues. All of the above has been combined with a series of creative graphic design tasks. I started with the creation and publication of a progression of sketches, with descriptions in Spanish first, which is being sporadically presented both in Telegram and in Béhance and soon with more frequency here in Nostr. Also, the accumulation of projects in a single format brochure arose, which has been announced for now in one of the groups I am part of in Telegram: VgWs Graphics, which by the way also exists in Nostr.
