Day 2/21 at the ECB. When you’ve put your money where your mouth is, what is there left to do afterwards? Simple, putting your body where injustice is. Today I had Martin pay me a visit, whom I’ve met last year at the #CriticalMass. Since our last meeting he went down the #Bitcoin rabbit hole. We listened Kraftklub, enjoyed the silence together and he told me about his successful sailboat hitchhike across the Atlantic Ocean, as well as his plans to become a Buddhist monk after finishing his studies. Each day the tribe continues to form. 🧡

Day 1/21 at the ECB. August 1st marks #Bitcoin Independence Day. @SpontaneousOrder @₿.R.E.A.M and others celebrated their independence from fiat currencies by forming a #HumanBlockchain at the premises of the European Central Bank. Their courage to put their bodies where injustice happens will never be forgotten. After the rain washed most of my fellows away, I had a fruitful discussion Lisa, a trainee at the ECB, interested in climate justice, anticapitalism and the ideas of Yanis Varufakis. 🪧: "Our presence symbolizes freedom" a German acronym for UASF.

Here are the 12 consensus rules for the #HumanBlockchain: Embodiment of these rules is the main goal of participation. 1. Permissionless Entry Anyone may join or leave the chain at any time — freely, without approval. 2. Nonviolent by Design We remain calm, still, and silent. No confrontation, no slogans, no escalation. 3. Decentralized Authority No leaders, no spokespeople, no center. All participants are equal nodes. 4. Mesh-Only Messaging Speak softly and only to immediate neighbors. Information flows hop-by-hop, like a human mesh network. 5. Sovereign Identity No names, credentials, or affiliations required. Anonymity and pseudonymity are protected. 6. Immutability in Presence Once you’ve taken a place, hold your ground. Stillness is strength; movement is signal. 7. Censorship Resistance No one may silence, redirect, or override another. Presence and expression are voluntary and inviolable. 8. Voluntary Forking Any node may silently disconnect from others who breach consensus — without drama, judgment, or conflict. 9. Decentralized Replication New chains, clusters, or forks may form anywhere. There is no single point of failure or protest. 10. Non-Obstruction Principle The chain does not block roads, doors, or flows. It coexists with the environment, like open-source code. 11. Proof-of-Presence We make no demands. Our physical presence is our message. Visibility is our verification. 12. Code Is Conduct We don’t persuade — we verify. Our rules live through action, not argument.
