You can also check if you have system updates available. One of my users was able to install after performing a system update on a similar device. My Motorola forces me to use some proprietary desktop client to update firmware, it doesn't work through my phone even. Pretty gay but maybe this helps. Good luck ๐ซก

Some clients use client tags only as a manual opt-in and others don't use these tags at all.
