Water with air...
likely the water in the pipes drained off somewhere and now the water pressure is expulsing the air
Your house is singing ๐ต๐ถ
In the rain...
turning off the water let the demons in. your house is now possessed. there's nothing you can do. just move out and burn it down
Tbh I'm leaning towards this
Bro I write code I don't know how physical water relays work
But why did you shut your house water off?

Ah. Yeah, air got in when pipes were opened up. Water valves don't stop air it just slowly seeps through.
It will go away on its own or run all the taps for a bit to clear the bubbles.
your house is alive.. with the sound of music

Hey. Did anyone tell you it's just air in your pipes yet?
A bleed out and another full shutoff and reopen of the main valve should solve it.
On a similar note it was funny the first time I found myself at home alone in our new log house when I was in my teens, I freaked the F out because every so often the house sounded like it was breathing. Something that sounded like a laboured heavy breath of an old man at random intervals. It ended up being the way the prevailing wind was blowing across the fresh air intake for the furnace. ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
