There's always a new guy acting like Bitcoin savior. Right now it's a charlatan doctor on twitter repeating buzzwords like fabianism and Landauer attack. There's no real explanation but a lot of alarmism and if you don't listen to him Bitcoin will die. And obviously everyone is conspiring against him to censor him.

I haven't even listened to it. I just seen him spam the timeline past few days and not once I've seen him actually explain his idea. It's just a bunch of words that sound dangerous.
I can't really explain more than that. I keep seeing his post but it's just buzzwords without real explanation. When someone ask he tells him to do his own research arrogantly 😂. He also did a podcast with Natalie Brunnel and she didn't air it because she felt like it wasn't in line with the content she want to share and that's fine. But now he's acting like the biggest Karen.
DOCTOR Jake Kruse I say doctor in cap because he's so pretentious he wouldn't miss a chance to tell you he's a doctor.
Yeah I'm not a full on hater of bip-110. I understand where they're coming from and I'm not against the idea of "rigging the spammers" (if I understand it correctly) but alarmists are so annoying and this guy is fucking nuts. He sounds like a kid who discovered a new word last week and now keeps on repeating it.
I've only seen him say very basic stuff like the sun is healthy and yeah obviously I agree with that. he probably goes on to ramble crazy things tho.
Mock me if you like… I really don’t care. My point is that computation is a physical act that consumes energy. Thats why the Landauer principle is essential. Bitcoin must remain strictly focused on its highest-value use: settling monetary truth and nothing else. This ensures that the physical energy expended on the network is always working to protect the integrity of the ledger, rather than being wasted on non-essential data that threatens decentralization. It’s a simple concept and my initial post has nothing to do with guru worship… in fact it’s literally the opposite. The Landauer principle is the foundation of Satoshi’s vision: money based on physics and decentralization instead of trust in authority. So yes, If you don’t understand that, you really do not understand bitcoin.
Not abstract energy theory. It’s literally what secures the network. And plebs not understanding this is a serious attack vector for bitcoin.
I don’t agree with everything Kruse says. In fact I’ve called him out when I had an x account… Not my problem if you can’t understand basic physics… the most essential principle that secures the network. Means you’re too stupid to run a node anyway.
The charlatan doctor does the same thing on twitter. He loudly claim that this is an existential threat to Bitcoin but when someone ask a question about it he calls him a retard and tell him to do his own research.
