This wallet provider clearly has no business in the wallet business. I'm not trying to be mean, but this isn't an area to fuck around in. Especially given how often it's recommended to me on Nostr. It isn't branded as a toy built on incompetence, but that's clearly what it is. Again, I'm not trying to be mean. I'm incompetent in that area too, which is why I'm not running a wallet service.
Thanks. Im not so worried about the lost funds as I am the blatant crazy ass lack of security.. And any others that lost more.. I’m glad to work with them on any investigation into what happened though.

Can you email support@coinos.io and provide your account username please? We've disabled auto-withdrawals now and will get your sats back but we're still investigating the cause of this security breach.
