Advice: choose to not participate, dare I say delete your account. It’s simply not needed.

I run a mastering seminar 4-5 times a year. We always use WhatsApp for fast communication.
Yesterday I asked if we should use NOSTR. Nobody knew it.
BTW: is there a way to use nostr as a chat spp?

About a year and a half ago.
Facebook made me upload a video selfie.
Then it asked for my driver's licence.
I uploaded a photo of my driver's licence with the licence and card number covered only showing my name photo and birthday.
Facebook told me to uncover the other information so they could confirm my licence.
This happened when I tried to make a new account after getting banned.
New account I made was locked from the beginning, can't use it without giving them my passport or driver's licence.
And in the time I have no been using Facebook I noticed my stress levels decrease and my overall mental health has improved, that place is so damn toxic.
Mark has been a big inspiration for me...

I only use Facebook for certain rental groups, haven't found an alterative yet.
