Rather start an ungovernable org with no legal ties and beware the inevitable saboteurs that 3 letter agencies will try to inject from the start.

you can do less on bitcoin compared to the EVM. anything you can achieve in the EVM requires rube goldberg machines and trusted third parties to do the same thing on bitcoin.
The free market is what it is. It seems ridiculous at times but we need to work with it. It's still the best system ever.
It is the best system, but BTC’s lunch is being eaten by the subpar projects. I think many of these real life solutions could be built on bitcoin instead. Like eventually, yes it’ll all be on top of bitcoin but we have the opportunity to get mass adoption quicker.
