A year ago I would have said cold card. But I think specter DIY is less vulnerable to supply chain attacks similar to seed signer.
Personally I would go with 3 signing devices that can handle psbt. Coinkite Coldcard, Foundation Passport, Seedsigner, Keystone Pro. All of these support PSBT.
Multivendor is nice as long as you make sure to never die. If you want there to be a reasonable chance that your heirs can access your #Bitcoin in the event of your unexpected passing I think the best course of action is to use one hardware wallet type (multisig), one wallet software, and get your family members to know it well. For hardware wallet I use Coldcard.

Coldcard mk4 zapping your transactions with NFC to the network.
I struggle with this. I use multi sig different vendors. I use off site storage for a key and count on a non btc person to sign a transaction as a worst case. Just getting them comfortable with key checks and the like. My point a good plan includes ease of use.
Totally agree. Ease of use is important for you and for succession. Less potential for mistakes
I like Specter DIY and Passport but many others are great, too. (not a big fan of seed signer for bigger funds).
