In this case google is correct. The site njump me does indeed contain malware. It sends your IP address to the bad guys, without consent. I have been making this point for a while. Glad that google have noticed. Stay safe!

that isn't why Google is warning you and you know it. Does Google warn you about Amazon links or Facebook or other Google links? of course not - and those entities are far more malicious (and well-resourced) than njump could ever be. this is clear turf warfare and mudslinging on the part of Megacorp. don't fucking fall for it.
