Having had residency in Tennessee in the past, it awesome to see Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti on the map towards clarity in the legal environment for open source devs. I like his words but let's see what actually happens... Target those who misuse tools for criminal activities, rather than blaming the innovators who created them. The responsibility lies with the individuals who choose to use these tools for harm, not with the creators whose intentions were to empower and innovate. 11/10 Innovate FinCEN and the FED into extinction.

That’s awesome. 😁 Hey @ODELL my family and I have been thinking about moving to #Tennessee, looking for more freedom overall and a larger Bitcoin community. Which city/town will be the best to raise a family?
I'm in Tennessee about an hour from Nashville... Most areas outside of metro Nashville, Memphis and Chattanooga are conservative... Schools can very if you are looking at government education... If you homeschool that's a moot point. North of Nashville gets more winter weather, south of Nashville less weather... Lots of nature just a short drive from downtown... Several towns have had some growing pains (Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Franklin and Hendersonville) but there are some really nice areas. I'm "west of town" but I don't go to Nashville all that often. Hit me up to connect.

Thank you. I really appreciate it. Very helpful 🙏 Let’s make Tennessee the #BitcoinCapital of the free world. 🚀
Love this conversation. There is still hope for free and open source development. The first nation adopting code friendly laws and policies will win in the new bitcoin paradigm.
