I'm using namecheap because I can pay in bitcoin. bandwidth is good, I'm using it as an anonymous proxy tunnel to my home server where my stuffs are actually running.
In general? Or in our ecosystem? My personal answer would be to just go buy a 1U server from eBay, or any second-hand market. Install Debian to it, and run docker or podman instances on it. You'll save more money over time and you can spin up as many services as your hardware allows. And you own it, outright.
One to consider is Oracle Cloud. It has a free-forever offering which I've been using for close to 3 years at zero hosting cost. It's running BTCPay server/LND and etc... btcpayserver.sytes.net
