Might try an experiment where I try live off lightning network to see for a month. I could do gift cards. Rent is definitely doable. Probably just struggle with the utility bills. Will track on chain footprint. Maybe rebalancing through boltz etc. could be fun

Yup. I have a “hot take” that it’s not worth buying a house rn and you should just rent. Leave stuff that needs to be done up the landlord. Pay the bills and focus and making more money rn to stack sats.

I’m moving country. Moving to Malta.
It’s cheaper to rent a penthouse in the capital than to rent a studio/singe apartment in Cavan. Can’t live at home and can’t live with friends as I drive everyone mad.
Need some space and I can work in Malta. I’m an optometrist, it’s English speaking and the rest flows from there (Mediterranean etc.)
