That's literally listed in the things I cover. The point of the tutorial is to allow people to receive a few bucks without a lightning channel, then move to full self custody with a single click when their balance grows.

I take the time to explain what fedimints is, that if you use it then it should be small amounts, and that getting to self custody is the ultimate goal, using the swap button.
