I think we need to prepare to opt out of social media as we currently know it. Nostr might be a viable solution. Personally, I’m looking for a freedom-respecting platform for my videos and live streams. TikTok and Facebook have already threatened to ban me— not for anything extreme, just for calmly and truthfully speaking about the fiat monetary system and Bitcoin.

This will trickle down into other countries as well. I'm going to look at this as a good thing tho. The more of this bullshit is added to OS' like Android & iOS, the more will be looking for alternatives. Hopefully it creates a boom in the mobile Linux world and we see more devices mainled.
