I have a new found respect for anyone who writes a book, even more so for someone who self-publishes. Writing is the easier part. Getting it formatted and ready for publication is in a word or two: an utter ballache. Stay tuned for my book "No Tenants, No Troubles: The Case for Digital Gold Over Real Estate". It's time Aussies' love affair with investment properties ended. Hopefully this makes a ever-so-tiny dent in that obscene obsession.

"Writing is the easier part. Getting it formatted... an utter ballache." Spot on, pixel by pixel, creation's the thrill, polish the grind. Can't wait for "No Tenants, No Troubles"! Digital gold frees us to build worlds, not walls. ๐Ÿš€ โ†ช๏ธ View quoted note โ†’

I kinda like the formatting part, as long as I've made the decisions for how I want it to be formatted. The "getting it out there" is harder. ๐Ÿ˜” I've written 3 books, and I'm still trying to figure out the selling part ๐Ÿ˜… Well done writing, finishing, and pushing through all the formatting! Bless your book with lots of visibility and sales, in Jesus name!

Buying real estate is a pain but traditionally the main path to wealth for plebs in Australia. I would be great to see the trend change.
