Yeah, I've been to the hospital once... because I had a seizure and was 9 months pregnant so my husband took me (I was still out of it!), which was good cause I needed an emergency c-section. The rest of their "medical advice" they can keep to themselves.
Oh, I did get a medical done last year too, for immigration, and got the strangest look from the nurse who asked about when I'd last had the flu shot and my answer was Never! π€£

C section babies need lots of extra fermented foods!
Its so easy to make your own yogurt/keifer too.
βMost store yogurts are pasteurized (sterilized) so they donβt keep fermenting in the store.
Also, Canned beets are easy to ferment as well. Babies will usually eat those.
All three of these are different types of helpful bacteria so lots to consider
Well, right now he's on an all organic free range milk diet ππ€£
He's only 3 months old still, so no solid foods yet, but good to know for when he does start eating solids.
Why do they need more fermented foods compared to natural birthed babies?
I was born through a planned c-section.
I'll do what I can to have the rest of our babies naturally though, and hopefully no more hospitals!
