Well, right now he's on an all organic free range milk diet 😏🤣
He's only 3 months old still, so no solid foods yet, but good to know for when he does start eating solids.
Why do they need more fermented foods compared to natural birthed babies?
I was born through a planned c-section.
I'll do what I can to have the rest of our babies naturally though, and hopefully no more hospitals!

There’s a strong correlation with c section babies and gut issues. The birthing process is their exposure to all your good bacterias.
When you add in all the cleansers that persist —for example those wipes you get for your cart at the grocery store have an insecticide in them that dont break down. Gets into your food because it stays on your hands.
People also use antibiotics too frequently.
All this adds up to the wrong types of bacteria in your gut as an adult.
Let kids play in the dirt.
Let them play with animals.
Don’t make them wash hands unless they’re actually dirty. Etc etc
There are some great podcasts on the topic. And the connection with long covid and this are huge.
