C section babies need lots of extra fermented foods!
Its so easy to make your own yogurt/keifer too.
—Most store yogurts are pasteurized (sterilized) so they don’t keep fermenting in the store.
Also, Canned beets are easy to ferment as well. Babies will usually eat those.
All three of these are different types of helpful bacteria so lots to consider

Well, right now he's on an all organic free range milk diet 😏🤣
He's only 3 months old still, so no solid foods yet, but good to know for when he does start eating solids.
Why do they need more fermented foods compared to natural birthed babies?
I was born through a planned c-section.
I'll do what I can to have the rest of our babies naturally though, and hopefully no more hospitals!
+1 for kefir, literally the easiest thing ever to make
