Anytime you find yourself arguing about something gender-related, for or against, stop and think about how few times this has actually happened in real life. This has become a big national political issue, but what percentage of your monthly interactions in the past year have included pronoun or similar disagreements between yourself and someone else *in person*?
Somehow, I have reached age 36 and this has not once been an issue in real life. Has it ever been an issue in your life? Unless you live in like one of four cities in the world or have the unfortunate role of being a liberal arts college professor, probably not. Let them deal with it.
Social polarization is a method of control by those with the money, so that you focus on something other than the money. They create theoretical problems to distract you from something more important.
For this decade in particular, it is important to focus on the money. Show empathy and tolerance and love and acceptance toward all, and really just be based, but focus on the money. Because that is what they are trying to distract you from, like a magician.

However, when one mentions the idea of “broken money” and how we might fix, there is no emotional hook, it’s too abstract, and people cannot even see the problem. At my job I get emails telling me I am obligated to use preferred pronouns. So while true that this hasn't come up in real life yet, if it ever does it will highly likely lead to me being fired.

Sure, but imagine your single source of income was theatened such that if one day someone asked you to do something which goes against your beliefs you'll be fired for not doing it. That could never happen. Or that could happen tomorrow. That's the sort of thing that when it hangs over your head it becomes real, at least psychologically. Now, I agree with (what I think is your point) that we need to be laser focussed on that which is truly important, and not get distracted by side shows. I also agree with you that we should be laser focussed on the money (big fan of Broken Money btw). But still, the trans/pronoun thing--like the vaccine--is a thing pushed by the establishment that does have a impact on people's lives, even if it's just to create a hostile and menacing air.

You're right, this is in support of social control, and this incarnation started when the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street movements got coopted and turned from anti-bailout to anti-left/anti-right. It's only gotten more extreme as the amount of emergency support required to keep the debt load from collapsing has increased.
The anniversary of the Bitcoin Whitepaper reminded me this morning of how much and how quickly times changed after 2007/8:

I would consider myself part of mainstream economic thinking before then- I believed fiat could be sound, as long as the monetary authority was disciplined. I believed the free market was at play in our economic system.
When the banks began getting bailed out, and the concept of "too big to fail" was floated, it completely threw out the illusion that we were in a free market system. And when we provided more inflation-adjusted support (in terms of $ value) than WWII, it was clear there was no notion of discipline under certain conditions. There was absolutely massive public backlash on both the political left and right. Those movements got quickly coopted and turned against each other by a superior information apparatus to create the situation of divide and rule we have been in since. Hard to believe, but the political divide we're used to now was never this extreme, and it's artificially maintained.
I didn't see any realistic exits, until the Bitcoin Whitepaper came out.

It is a real issue because families are comprised of adults and vulnerable children.
The conflicts arise when a child is lured in.

I work in the arts and all of the US American gender memes have thoroughly taken hold of most of the artist minds. I have weekly interactions with people who happily parade their entitlements. I saw it coming since 2015 when USA culture was yet to overspill onto the rest of the world, it has arrived in central Europe just recently. 2021 I would say Wokeness went mainstream, when everyone was locked down and linked in the internet.
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
as a parent this affects in many more ways than just yourself. the degradation of the gender always leads to chaos. Same happened in the Roman Empire. Plus it should be treated as a mental illness and if the people dealing with gender issues were actually treated this wouldnt even be a blip. But narcissistic compassion has run rampant.

My son had to deal with it in at least one of the community college classes he was taking during high school. Now he is off at college at Liberty University and they don't do that nonsense there which is why I sent him to the opposite side of the country to go to college. It is hard to find a college, even a technical college, that doesn't do at least some of that nonsense. My old alma mater makes you take a class about it.
When my son had the issue of one of these confused people in his college class, he just made sure to call her by her name instead of her pronoun because he refused to address her by they/them.
Most adults don't deal with it much, if at all. It is much more common for the youth. In school (elementary through college), it is rampant. My son has had to deal with it a little, but not too much because he was homeschooled through high school (although he did have to deal with it in at least one of the community college classes he took during high school) and he now attends Liberty University which is the opposite of the normal woke university. I know multiple people who have had their kids deal with it or even try to join it.
He is talking exactly about the issue you described. "Disagreements with people in person, about their gender". "Misgendering" is a disagreement, and it is not being taken lightly in some environments.

yeah this is sad for sure. my friend’s high school daughter feels strongly about this and fights with her parents about it. how do you even deal with that. it’s much easier to tell your kids to stay away from friends doing drugs but how can you tell them to stay away from woke friends.

I went dark on social media for three months to avoid such things, as I thought it was just a product of being onkine. Unfortunately it chased me down in the real world in multiple domains. Just one example: it's difficult to get service at my doctor's surgery because they make it compulsory to declare my pronouns.

Unfortunately this does affect parents. Many states in the nation (for example CA, NJ) have policies which allow schools to socially transition students without parental knowledge or consent. In CA they are fighting for the ability to administer puberty blockers to children without parental consent. Schools need parental consent to receive aspirin from the nurse or to go on a field trip, and in NJ cannot even get a tattoo at 16 even with parental consent, but somehow this policy has been allowed to infringe parental rights in an unprecedented way. There is a recent trend where many more children than statistically probable are identifying as other than straight, usually leaning toward the "more interesting and exotic" genders and more often affecting girls. This is clearly a cultural fad being pushed by social media and blindly being embraced and amplified by schools to the detriment of other people's children.
