This is probably going to not end well lol. There is very particular stuff that Fran is doing on his relay to make things copacetic
It's just whitelisting with some minimum web of trust. Anyone can do that. Or maybe we don't even need that at all. It can all happen on the client with events coming from any relay.
When there are 5 different versions of the same app, which one do I install?
