Y'know that using a separate/new DHT just makes it worse, right? Literally no advantages. PKARR is open-source and exists already, that is why Web5, Iroh, and Pubky use it.
The only thing I’m the king of is missing deadlines. 😂 It’s already working well, but we need to finish the rest of the GitHub app and review some of the DHT code again. I’m impressed with the grit of our team. Let’s see how long it takes them. All I know is… 2025 will be the accumulation of all the work from the past two years, finally coming to fruition.

Looked into this, appears to use BEP0044, which is great, all Pkarr is, is using BEP0044 and choosing encoded DNS packets as the payload. If this chooses to use DNS packets to encode whatever information it wants, using HTTPS or TXT or whatever relevant record type, then this is too is Pkarr since apkarr is just a subset of BEP0044.
