Serious question: In case if Brazil would block as well all nostr-client-apps & some IP‘s. Which will become the easiest normie-way to connect to nostr?
They can't ban all web clients and all relays. They can use local clients on their devices or download clients from anyone on the Internet. Relays can pop-up and be spun up around the world. And they can also use TOR.
You could use TOR, or a VPN (one with depois packet inspection resistance features in case VPN's get blocked too) or simply connect to relays that aren't blocked
For the clients you can install from alternative app stores (if you use Android, not sure how that would work on IOS), install with APK or get the code to compile and install manually (more complex but still possible)
Any recommendations for step-by-step guide how to: -set up your own nostr relay? -install a client that isnt listed at the apple store -use nostr in combination with TOR? #asknostr

Do you want to run a relay that's accessible from the outside world? Apple doesn't let you install apps outside of their walled garden. Android is best here. I don't have a list of TOR only relays, but many major relays work over TOR.
It's not about banning! It's about making it illegal and fining/jailing you! That's the game. They are not gonna ban anything. They are gonna jail a few and scare everyone else into submission.
Elon does not realice una it yet, but NOSTR is a relief valve that will allow X to remain in existence. Bitcoin as well will allow Starlink to break free from censorship.
